New Images

I'm currently working on a selection of new sailing pictures, particularly those showing plenty of action.
The initial batch will be some black and white and colour pictures of some superb J Class yacht action from the Mediterranean.

One of the regatta attended from which the images were taken, was a very wet ride in the Bay off Pampelonne and the Ramatuelle Peninsula during the famed Voiles de Saint Tropez. Usually there are hoards of press boats out on each day of the event, but this particular day, all racing bar J Class and Wally classes was cancelled due to wind and sea state, and only four press RIBS were allowed out with me on one of them.

Some of the pictures I took were being taken for Yachting World are shown here: Yachting World and were published in the magazine. It was a very wet and bumpy ride, exciting, tough on the limbs and equipment but I hope, worthwhile.

I've attached one of the new pictures above with more to come soon.
